We just sold our childhood home with the assistance of Dave, who was awesome. The house was 60+ years old and needed updates.... Dave is a great project mgr.: he knows all the local trades and suggested several from; painters, cleaning companies, septic inspectors, septic design firms, electricians, pumpers...This a a difficult process selling a family home, he balanced our wishes, the buyer(s) requests, while coordinating-executing to a firm schedule. He painted the outside doors, helped pull up old rugs/staples to show the beautiful hardwood floors, he made many trips to town office for permitting, mowed the lawn...... we highly recommend David
